About the role

The Senior Management Controller will report to the Administrator of the headquarters of a national professional order in Côte d'Ivoire. The role is responsible for overseeing budget execution, steering priority projects, and establishing a performance monitoring system aligned with the organization’s strategic plan.

Key responsibilities

• Develop the consolidated annual budget based on strategic project sheets.
• Track budget consumption, analyse variances, and propose adjustments.
• Create and maintain financial and operational performance dashboards.
• Prepare periodic financial execution reports for the Administrator and the National Council.
• Coordinate planning, execution, and reporting of all strategic projects, maintaining an updated project portfolio.
• Manage the full project lifecycle, including logical frameworks, schedules, deliverables, and risk registers.
• Facilitate project review meetings with project leaders, commissions, and stakeholders.
• Support digitalisation of project management tools.
• Design a monitoring‑evaluation system based on strategic indicators and feed institutional reporting dashboards.
• Participate in quarterly and annual strategic reviews and assist in preparing the annual strategic plan report.

Required profile

• Ivorian national, minimum 25 years old.
• Master’s degree (Bac+5) in management control, audit, project management, economics or related fields.
• At least 5 years of experience in budget management, project management or similar functions.
• Strong analytical mindset, rigorous and autonomous work style.
