Database & Quality Control Coordinator

About the role

The Database & Quality Control Coordinator supports Endeavour Mining Exploration’s geoscience and GIS teams at country level. You will oversee database systems, ensure data integrity, and implement quality‑control procedures across field and office environments.

Key responsibilities

• Provide oversight and technical support for all geoscience, GIS and database quality‑control systems.
• Assist the VP Country Level, Project Generation Manager and Exploration Managers with data needs and reporting.
• Develop, implement and support new data‑collection and management tools.
• Train project‑level staff on the use of geoscience, GIS and QA/QC systems.
• Maintain data security, confidentiality and integrity across the country’s operations.
• Manage field and office quality‑control processes, supporting the creation of clean data products.
• Report the status of data systems and quality‑control programmes to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Proven experience in geoscience or GIS data management within an exploration or mining context.
• Strong technical aptitude for overseeing database and quality‑control processes.
• Ability to travel regularly to remote project sites and greenfield camps.
• Excellent communication skills to support and train multidisciplinary teams.
