The Deputy Chief Executive Officer, Finance (shareholder) plays a vital role in shaping the financial strategy and ensuring the long‑term sustainability of the organization. Reporting to the executive team, this position supports comprehensive financial planning, oversees fiscal responsibilities, and builds strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic financial leadership aligned with the organization’s growth objectives.
• Assist in developing and monitoring annual budgets and conduct regular financial forecasting.
• Supervise the preparation of accurate financial reports and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Identify financial risks and recommend mitigation strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field; MBA, CPA or CFA preferred.
• Extensive experience in financial management and analysis, including senior finance roles in complex organizations.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with the capacity to interpret complex financial data.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for conveying financial concepts to non‑financial audiences.
• Proven leadership experience in managing teams and cross‑functional projects.
