About the role

The client operates in technical air‑conditioning maintenance and seeks a senior leader to drive revenue growth, open new markets and strengthen brand positioning across West Africa.

Key responsibilities

• Define and roll out sub‑regional commercial and marketing strategies aligned with corporate direction.
• Prepare annual sales action plans, set market‑specific targets and monitor performance.
• Identify high‑potential markets and develop new customer segments (institutional, industrial, hospitality, real‑estate, tertiary buildings, infrastructure).
• Build and manage a portfolio of strategic accounts, prospect new high‑value prospects and nurture long‑term relationships with key decision‑makers.
• Lead partnership development with real‑estate promoters, engineering firms, general contractors, public and private institutions.
• Oversee tender responses, negotiate major contracts and manage the commercial pipeline.
• Structure and coach Business Development teams in Benin, Togo and Niger, establishing sales methods, reporting tools and performance culture.
• Design and execute the annual marketing plan, brand positioning and digital communication strategy, including SEO, LinkedIn B2B presence and content creation.
• Coordinate participation in industry events, trade fairs and professional forums.

Required profile

• 8‑10 years of experience in marketing, sales or business development, preferably in technical services or BTP sectors.
• Master’s degree (BAC+5) or equivalent.
• Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and expanding market share.
• Strong leadership and ability to work across multiple countries.
