About the role

The Director of Monitoring, Evaluation and Economic Analysis (MEEA) will lead the Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) and Economic Analysis units for projects in Côte d’Ivoire. Reporting directly to the Deputy General Director (Programs), the role ensures that project data are collected, aggregated and analysed to achieve expected results.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and regularly update the Côte d’Ivoire Monitoring & Evaluation Plan in line with the MCC S&E policy.
• Lead the collection, aggregation and analysis of project data to monitor progress toward targets.
• Communicate monitoring results and ensure the integrity of project evaluations and data.
• Manage the S&E budget of the Compact, including procurement and contractor oversight.
• Adapt economic models, analyses and related activities to evolving project needs and priorities.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with program objectives.

Required profile

• University degree ranging from Bachelor to Doctorate (BAC+3 to BAC+7).
• 0‑10 years of relevant experience in monitoring, evaluation or economic analysis.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage budgets.
• Fluency in French; English proficiency is an advantage.
