Driver Acquisition Specialist – Driver Recruiter

About the role

We are looking for a Driver Recruitment Specialist to build and grow our driver network in the Côte d'Ivoire market. This role combines driver recruitment, growth marketing, lead generation, and partnership management. You will be responsible for attracting qualified driver leads, managing acquisition channels, coordinating onboarding activities, and continuously optimizing the driver acquisition funnel to support business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute driver acquisition campaigns across online and offline channels, generating qualified leads through digital advertising, social media, community outreach, referral programs, and local partnerships.
• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment pipeline, coordinating interviews, document collection, background checks, and onboarding to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
• Track and analyze acquisition metrics such as lead volume, conversion, onboarding and activation rates, and acquisition costs, and continuously optimise sourcing strategies.
• Collaborate with operations, marketing, training and other cross‑functional teams to ensure driver readiness and support communications before and after onboarding.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in growth marketing, driver/customer acquisition, marketplace operations, recruitment, business development or field marketing.
• Proven experience running lead‑generation campaigns or managing acquisition channels, preferably with recruitment agencies, vendors or community partners.
• Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills in a fast‑paced startup environment.
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret acquisition metrics and optimise performance.
• Excellent communication and execution skills.
