Expansion Manager – Ivory Coast

About the role

Tether is seeking an Expansion Manager to lead the growth and adoption of its digital finance solutions in Côte d’Ivoire. You will be responsible for building the company’s presence, forging strategic partnerships, and navigating the local regulatory environment while working closely with internal product and marketing teams.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and execute new business opportunities for Tether’s products and services in Ivory Coast and the wider region.
• Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with exchanges, wallets, payment processors, and other ecosystem players.
• Develop and implement go‑to‑market strategies in collaboration with internal teams.
• Monitor and influence regulatory developments affecting stablecoins and digital assets.
• Represent Tether in frequent local and international travel to meet partners and stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience in fintech, financial services, or related market expansion roles.
• Strong understanding of digital currencies, financial inclusion, and blockchain ecosystems.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to work independently and drive results.
• Willingness to travel regularly for business development activities.
