Expert Consultant RH – Formation Manager Agile

About the role

The company is looking for an experienced HR Consultant to lead a training program on agile management for managers. The position is based in Côte d'Ivoire and is offered on an interim basis.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver a comprehensive training curriculum on agile management principles.
• Facilitate interactive workshops and coaching sessions for managers.
• Assess participants' learning needs and adapt content accordingly.
• Collaborate with internal HR teams to align training with organizational objectives.
• Provide post‑training support and follow‑up evaluations.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (Bac+5) or higher in Management, Human Resources or a related field.
• Minimum seven (7) years of experience in HR consulting and adult training.
• Proven expertise in agile management methodologies.
• Strong communication and presentation skills in French.
