Fieldforce Team Leader – Côte d'Ivoire

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Fieldforce Team Leader to lead, coach and develop a team of Hybrid Medical Representatives in Côte d'Ivoire. The role focuses on people leadership, field support and performance management while maintaining a limited customer portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Hybrid Medical Representatives.
• Conduct regular field visits and coaching sessions to strengthen capability.
• Set clear objectives, performance expectations and foster a culture of accountability, agility, collaboration and execution excellence.
• Ensure effective execution of detailing, merchandising, order‑taking and pharmacy activation programs.
• Monitor territory coverage, customer engagement and support product launches and promotional campaigns.
• Drive achievement of team sales targets and business objectives, reviewing metrics and implementing corrective actions.
• Manage relationships with selected healthcare professionals and pharmacy customers.
• Facilitate local educational programs, gather market intelligence and provide feedback.
• Ensure timely, accurate reporting, CRM compliance and high data quality.
• Identify and escalate commercial risks and growth opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Business, Marketing or a related field.
• Previous experience in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, consumer healthcare or FMCG sector.
• Proven experience leading, coaching or mentoring sales or field‑based teams.
• Strong understanding of healthcare professional engagement and customer relationship management.
• Demonstrated ability to drive team performance and commercial results.
