Finance Executive

About the role

The Finance Executive will manage daily financial transactions, maintain accurate records, and support budgeting and reporting activities. This role is essential for ensuring financial performance and compliance within the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Process accounts payable and receivable, monitor cash flow, and manage banking activities.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports, assist with management accounts and variance analysis.
• Support the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts, track expenses against budgets and highlight variances.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations and company policies, and assist auditors.
• Analyze financial performance, prepare profitability and cost analysis reports, and recommend process improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce or related field.
• 7-10 years of experience in finance or accounting roles.
• Strong analytical, numerical and detail‑oriented skills.
• High level of integrity, confidentiality and ability to meet deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with ERP/accounting systems, preferably SAP.
