Formateur(trice) / Expert(e) – Management d'Équipe et Leadership

About the role

Trust Africa is seeking a seasoned trainer and expert in team management and leadership to deliver a tailored learning program for managers and senior staff in Côte d'Ivoire. The mission is to strengthen participants’ capabilities in leading teams, driving performance and managing change within the local cultural context.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver training on core team‑management principles, situational leadership styles and delegation techniques.
• Teach goal‑setting, performance‑management and time‑priority management methods.
• Facilitate workshops on organizational change, team mobilisation and conflict resolution.
• Coach managers on performance evaluation, employee motivation and decision‑making.
• Produce training materials adapted to Ivorian social and cultural dynamics and provide evaluation tools and a final mission report.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (BAC+5) in management, human‑resources or a related field.
• At least 7 years of experience managing teams, including senior leadership or supervisory roles.
• Proven background in training or coaching senior executives.
• Deep understanding of Ivorian social and cultural factors that influence managerial practices.
• Strong intercultural communication and pedagogical skills.
