French-English Customer Support Associate

About the role

We are looking for a French‑English Customer Support Associate to join our global e‑commerce team. You will interact with customers from French‑ and English‑speaking regions via phone and live chat, delivering friendly, accurate assistance that builds trust and satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely support in French and English through voice calls and live‑chat channels.
• Troubleshoot customer issues step‑by‑step and guide users to successful resolutions.
• Log every interaction accurately in our CRM system.
• Identify recurring trends and share feedback to improve processes.
• Collaborate with teammates to stay aligned on priorities and product updates.
• Represent the brand with professionalism, patience, and empathy.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Calm, solution‑focused attitude under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify, or similar support tools.
• Knowledge of CRM systems.
