About the role
We are looking for a dynamic Gérante to lead the financial and operational aspects of our parcel delivery business in Abidjan. The role combines financial oversight of a motorbike‑based delivery fleet with day‑to‑day coordination of the team to ensure timely and reliable service.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the company’s financial processes, including budgeting, invoicing, and expense tracking.
- Coordinate delivery teams and oversee daily operations to meet service targets.
- Prepare and present regular performance reports to the senior manager.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.
Required profile
- High school diploma (BAC) or equivalent.
- Demonstrated honesty, dedication, and professionalism.
- Strong organizational and communication abilities.
