About the role

The Business Fund Manager will work under the direct supervision of the Branch Manager, focusing on prospecting, client satisfaction, retention, and growing the profitability of the bank's client portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Apply the commercial and risk‑management strategy defined by the group.
• Maintain and develop the client portfolio in terms of resource collection, re‑employment, and profitability according to set targets.
• Promote and sell the bank’s products and services.
• Propose credit or financing solutions tailored to client needs.
• Approach and retain corporate and individual customers.
• Contribute to the design or improvement of banking products and services.
• Provide advisory support to ensure high‑quality customer service.
• Ensure compliance with credit‑granting procedures.
• Analyze financing requests, prepare credit dossiers, and present proposals to the credit committee.
• Participate actively in credit committees and any ad‑hoc committees.
• Manage the collection of overdue and non‑performing loans within the portfolio.
• Monitor financing requests and ongoing loans.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (Bac+4) in economics, finance, accounting, business administration or a related field.
• At least two years of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Proven experience in managing business funds within the banking sector is an advantage.
