Group Commercial Analytics Manager

About the role

The Group Commercial Analytics Manager will act as the analytical engine for the Group’s commercial function, consolidating data from 40 markets and delivering the dashboards and insights that drive weekly and monthly performance reviews. The role ensures commercial leaders have timely, accurate information to make confident decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain the Group commercial performance dashboard – the single source of truth for commercial KPIs across all markets.
• Produce weekly commercial flash reports and monthly performance packs for senior leadership, including market scorecards, trend analysis and exception flags.
• Develop market‑level self‑service dashboards for Country Commercial Directors.
• Design and manage the data integration architecture linking all commercial data sources, working with the Group SFA Manager and IT.
• Define data‑governance standards, KPI definitions and maintain the master commercial data model.
• Identify and remediate data gaps across markets and channels.
• Conduct deep‑dive strategic analyses such as growth driver decomposition, distribution gap analysis, pricing elasticity and promotional ROI.
• Maintain market sizing, segmentation frameworks and competitive performance trackers using syndicated data (e.g., Nielsen, Kantar, Euromonitor).
• Build and maintain commercial P&L models to enable cost‑to‑serve and ROI analysis, supporting board‑level reporting.
• Partner with finance teams to align commercial and financial reporting.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in commercial analytics and performance reporting across multiple markets.
• Strong understanding of data governance, integration and master data modelling.
• Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable commercial insights for senior leadership.
