Growth and Operations Manager

About the role

Kuunda is seeking a Growth and Operations Manager to drive operational excellence across its embedded finance ecosystem in the country. You will lead collections, compliance, liquidity oversight, and back‑office support while partnering with Group Shared Services to scale efficient workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Lead country‑wide operations processes and eliminate bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and risks.
• Drive automation initiatives to free capacity for higher‑value activities.
• Establish and enforce SOPs aligned with group standards while adapting to local market dynamics.
• Serve as a bridge between operations and product teams to ensure sustainable growth.
• Monitor liquidity, lead planning and forecasting, and act as primary liaison with financial institutions.
• Oversee collections performance, set recovery targets, and translate performance reviews into actionable strategies.
• Implement data‑driven risk mitigation measures and design incentive frameworks for team performance.
• Deliver consolidated performance reports with actionable insights for leadership.
• Manage back‑office operations to provide rapid, accurate partner support and minimize downtime.
