Head of Human Resources

About the role

Xanh SM, a leading electric vehicle and sustainable mobility solutions provider, is looking for a Head of Human Resources to shape and execute HR strategy as the company expands into new markets, including Côte d'Ivoire. The role will drive organizational design, talent acquisition, performance management and HR financial stewardship.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and manage HR activities, organizational structure, and workforce planning.
• Recruit, onboard, train and coach employees to build a high‑performing workforce.
• Standardize training frameworks and develop HR team capabilities.
• Lead performance management, employee classification, succession planning and talent pipeline development.
• Develop HR budgeting assumptions, review costs, propose optimization initiatives and monitor expenses.
• Design, deploy and continuously improve HR systems, policies and operational tools.
• Act as strategic HR Business Partner, manage labor and employee relations, and develop HR policies.
• Oversee employee lifecycle management, salary reviews, promotions, transfers and terminations.
• Maintain HR data, headcount, SAP/HRIS administration and reporting.
• Supervise payroll processing, bonus payments, benefits and tax compliance.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, support trade union activities and conduct audits.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Economics, Business Administration, Law or related fields.
• Minimum 10 years of HR experience, including at least 3 years in a Head of HR or HR Manager role.
