Human Resources & Administration Manager

About the role

Quantum LC SA is seeking an experienced Human Resources & Administration Manager to lead HR and administrative functions at its Côte d'Ivoire site. The role will drive workforce planning, employee engagement, compliance, and help build a high‑performing culture within a mining environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead workforce planning and recruitment.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Oversee performance management systems.
• Manage compensation, benefits, and payroll coordination.
• Foster employee engagement and workplace culture.
• Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
• Ensure compliance with Côte d'Ivoire labour laws.
• Oversee office administration and HR reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business Administration or a related field.
• 8–10 years of HR experience, including at least 4 years in a managerial role within the mining industry.
• Strong knowledge of Côte d'Ivoire labour laws.
• Experience in industrial relations and union engagement.
• Fluency in French (written and spoken) is mandatory.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Significant experience working in Côte d'Ivoire is strongly encouraged.
