Human Resources Business Partner – Côte d'Ivoire

About the role

Zipline is expanding its life‑saving drone delivery service in Côte d'Ivoire and needs a seasoned HR Business Partner to help build high‑performing, engaged teams. You will act as a trusted advisor to operational leaders, ensuring HR compliance, driving culture, and supporting rapid growth.

Key responsibilities

• Partner closely with operational leads to design and execute people strategies that align with business goals.
• Serve as a culture ambassador, embedding Zipline’s values into performance management, coaching, and engagement initiatives.
• Lead headcount planning, organizational design, and workforce forecasting for the Côte d'Ivoire operation.
• Coach managers on effective onboarding, talent development, and retention practices.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal HR policies.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role, preferably in fast‑growing environments.
• Deep understanding of HR compliance, talent management, and organizational design.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
