Human Resources Business Partner – Côte d'Ivoire

About the role

Zipline is expanding its life‑saving drone delivery service in Côte d'Ivoire and needs a Human Resources Business Partner to shape a high‑performance culture. You will work closely with operational leaders to build motivated, compliant, and engaged teams as the business scales.

Key responsibilities

• Become the HR expert on Zipline’s operations in Côte d'Ivoire, understanding unique scaling challenges.
• Partner with operational leads to drive performance, accountability, and timely delivery of results.
• Act as a culture ambassador, embedding Zipline’s values into coaching, engagement, and performance conversations.
• Support headcount planning, organizational design, and workforce analytics.
• Guide leaders on effective onboarding, internal transfers, and talent development.
• Develop people tools and programs that enable the HR team to support rapid growth.

Required profile

• Proven experience building motivated, high‑performing teams in fast‑growing environments.
• Strong knowledge of HR compliance and best practices.
• Ability to partner with senior leaders and influence culture change.
• Excellent communication and coaching skills.
