Information Systems Manager – Abidjan HQ

About the role

MSF WaCA is seeking an Information Systems Manager to lead the management and optimisation of its headquarters and mission‑wide IT enterprise systems in Abidjan. The role is full‑time, based on site, and reports to the Head of Information Systems.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure system security, uptime and performance across all MSF platforms.
• Align local systems with MSF SITS global platforms.
• Supervise backups, disaster‑recovery planning and maintain the systems roadmap.
• Oversee functional resource management and training needs.
• Manage systems lifecycle, licensing and support contracts.
• Coordinate vendor and supplier relationships.
• Work with the Head of IS to define technical requirements, implement, maintain and upgrade the application suite.

Required profile

• Available to start as soon as possible.
• Willingness to be mobile across all WaCA intervention zones.
• Commitment to work 100 % onsite at the Abidjan headquarters.
