Infrastructure Analyst

About the role

Citi is looking for an Infrastructure Analyst to join its Technology Infrastructure team in Côte d'Ivoire. The role supports the desktop, server, voice, video and network infrastructure for Citibank operations, providing both onsite and remote assistance while contributing to larger technology projects.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve LAN/WAN, desktop, server, voice and video issues.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance on all infrastructure components.
• Support business applications, including routine support and system enhancements.
• Participate in testing activities and create basic test scripts.
• Assist with data loads, batch processing and control activities such as risk assessments and audits.
• Maintain up‑to‑date local documentation for technology platforms and processes.
• Educate end‑users on optimal technology usage and act as a deputy for the Technology Head when needed.

Required profile

• Intermediate (mid‑level) experience in IT infrastructure support.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
• Good communication skills for clear and concise information exchange.
