About the role

The company is seeking a Generalist Industrial Maintenance Engineer to lead planning, KPI monitoring and documentation for a large‑scale production system project in Abidjan. The role involves coordinating civil, structural, boiler‑making and static equipment studies while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise project planning and KPI tracking.
• Manage project documentation and ensure its accuracy.
• Analyze and validate civil and structural engineering studies.
• Oversee boiler‑making, static equipment and EIA (Electrical, Instrumentation, Automation) studies.
• Coordinate inspections and testing of equipment and materials.

Required profile

• Engineering degree (Bac+5) or equivalent.
• 4‑10 years of experience in heavy industry such as refinery, petrochemical, oil terminals, energy or similar sectors.
• Proven expertise in at least two of the following: storage tanks, static equipment (exchangers, columns, pressure vessels, piping), or EIA.
• Strong ability to coordinate works, monitor site progress, ensure safety and manage subcontractors.
• Good knowledge of HSE requirements for industrial works.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with Microsoft Project or Primavera is a plus.
