Inside Sales Manager

About the role

The Inside Sales Manager will drive revenue growth for Kaspersky by selling security products and services through partner channels to Small and Medium Business (SMB) customers. You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting new accounts to renewing and expanding existing relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Consistently meet or exceed quarterly sales quotas.
• Sell Kaspersky solutions through partners to SMB end‑users, covering net‑new, renewal and up‑sell/cross‑sell opportunities.
• Identify and engage multiple buyers within target companies to build momentum and leverage partner relationships.
• Accurately forecast sales pipeline and execute on business goals.
• Develop trust‑based relationships with senior IT and security executives in SMBs.
• Recruit, train, and enable partners to generate revenue in the assigned territory.
• Document all sales activities and partner engagements in real time.
• Collaborate with marketing to design programs that raise awareness among VARs and their SMB prospects.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of quota‑carrying sales experience, preferably in security software.
• Proven track record of over‑achieving targets in a high‑growth environment.
• Experience working with resellers or VAR partners is a plus.
• Strong network of senior IT and security professionals.
• High integrity and reputation as a top performer.
