International Sales Manager

About the role
The International Sales Manager will lead sales growth and expand ASBIS’s presence across French‑speaking African markets. Based in Côte d’Ivoire, the role will turn the country into a regional distribution hub, identifying new opportunities, building distributor and reseller networks, and coordinating cross‑border sales and operations.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in targeted African markets.
- Conduct market research on demand, competition and pricing dynamics.
- Support market entry strategies and monitor parallel import activity.
- Recruit, onboard and manage distributors, resellers and retail partners.
- Develop partner engagement plans and manage relationships with financing partners.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for smartphones, laptops and accessories.
- Implement sales initiatives, promotional activities and ensure compliance with brand guidelines.
- Coordinate with logistics, warehouse and finance teams for timely delivery and credit management.
- Train partners on products, pricing and sales strategies and support marketing campaigns.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts and market intelligence to guide business decisions.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
- 5+ years of sales experience in IT, electronics, telecoms or FMCG.
- Experience across multiple countries/regions, preferably in Africa.
- Strong negotiation, channel management and cross‑border trade knowledge.
- Fluent in English and French.
- Existing network of retail or telco partners in the region.
