We are seeking a motivated Junior Account Controller to join our finance team in Ghana. The role offers exposure to a broad range of accounting functions and the opportunity to develop strong analytical and reporting skills.

• General Ledger & Financial Control
• Treasury Management
• Inventory & Stock Control
• Accounts Receivable & Debt Control
• Accounts Payable & Supplier Reconciliations
• Costing & Operational Analysis
• Operating Expense (OPEX) Analysis
• Financial Reporting
• Internal Controls & Compliance
• Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) monitoring

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
• Strong analytical, reconciliation, and problem‑solving abilities

Required skills

• ERP systems proficiency
• Advanced Microsoft Excel
