About the role
We are looking for a Cacao Laboratory Technician (Laborantin Cacao) to join a partner specialized in control, inspection, testing and certification services in San Pedro. The role involves conducting laboratory analyses on cocoa beans and products to ensure quality and compliance. The position is full‑time and based on‑site at the partner’s facilities in San Pedro.
Key responsibilities
- Perform physical, chemical and sensory tests on cocoa samples.
- Record and interpret test results, ensuring accurate documentation.
- Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure calibration.
- Assist in preparing reports for clients and regulatory bodies.
- Support the quality control team in continuous improvement initiatives.
Required profile
- Education level: BAC+2 or equivalent.
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a laboratory environment.
- Good organizational skills and ability to follow standard procedures.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate results clearly.
