About the role

The company is seeking a Storekeeper on a fixed‑term contract to coordinate warehouse activities, manage inventory, and ensure smooth logistical flows within its industrial facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate handling activities in the warehouses and optimise the use of storage space.
• Supervise receipt, storage and delivery of raw materials, finished goods and inputs.
• Maintain up‑to‑date and accurate stock records in the management system.
• Apply and monitor compliance with QHSE safety and packaging standards.
• Ensure warehouse cleanliness, identify and report equipment or safety anomalies.
• Organise and participate in periodic inventories, explaining any variances.
• Manage administrative documents related to logistics flows (delivery notes, packing lists, transfer sheets).
• Collaborate with internal teams such as factories, QHSE, planning and controlling.

Required profile

• Approximately 35 years old with a Baccalaureate or technical diploma.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar warehouse or stock‑management role.
• Strong knowledge of industrial environments, inventory techniques and logistics flows.
• Excellent command of administrative documentation and QHSE regulations.
• Methodical, available, reactive and able to work under pressure.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Excel.
• Experience with an ERP system for stock management.
