About the role
A leading Consumer Healthcare company is seeking a results‑driven Mass Market Representative to drive product visibility and availability across mass‑market channels in Ivory Coast.
Key responsibilities
- Visit channel‑specific outlets regularly to ensure product availability in collaboration with distributor teams.
- Deploy company Point‑of‑Sale Materials (POSM) across assigned outlets.
- Oversee and support the execution of company activations within the designated channel.
- Submit weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on sales, stock levels, and market activities.
- Gather and report market insights and competitor activities to inform strategy.
Required profile
- Minimum diploma in Sales, Marketing or related field; degree is an advantage.
- At least 3 years’ experience in the Pharmacy FMCG environment, with prior mass‑market sales experience.
- Valid driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Fluency in English and French.
