Medical Device Sales Specialist

About the role

WEGOWEGO is seeking a motivated Medical Device Sales Specialist to drive growth in Côte d'Ivoire. You will be responsible for expanding our market presence, building relationships with key stakeholders, and delivering our innovative healthcare solutions to customers across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional sales strategies to meet business targets in Côte d'Ivoire.
• Identify new business opportunities while nurturing existing client relationships.
• Promote the full WEGO product portfolio and related solutions.
• Manage distributor networks and support channel partners.
• Participate in public tenders and oversee the complete bidding process.
• Conduct market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and gather customer insights.
• Represent WEGO at industry exhibitions, conferences, and customer meetings.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in medical device sales.
• Strong understanding of Côte d'Ivoire medical procurement processes and tender systems.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and entering new markets.
• Fluency in English with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently across the region.
