Merchant Account Supervisor

About the role

Wave is looking for a Merchant Account Supervisor to join its Merchant Success team. You will lead the rollout and ongoing management of corporate merchant products across a defined portfolio, ensuring smooth onboarding, branding, compliance and performance monitoring.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate merchant onboarding, product training, branding and technical account setup for corporate merchants in Côte d’Ivoire.
• Monitor merchant activation, performance metrics and engagement throughout the partnership lifecycle.
• Collaborate with internal teams to guarantee merchants are fully operational and supported.
• Manage a portfolio of partners, tracking transaction volumes, identifying growth opportunities and defining joint strategies.
• Organise regular business and performance review meetings with partners.
• Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholder contacts and aggregators.
• Oversee aggregator merchant creation, activation and KYB documentation compliance.
• Ensure timely resolution of operational tickets related to aggregated merchants.

Required profile

• Result‑driven professional with a passion for delivering exceptional client service.
• Experience in merchant onboarding, account management or partner portfolio management.
• Strong ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams and manage multiple stakeholder relationships.
• Excellent analytical skills to monitor performance data and identify growth opportunities.
