Multiple Industrial Sector Positions – Various Roles

About the role

Elite Interim Côte d’Ivoire is expanding the workforce of a key partner in the industrial sector. The agency is hiring for a wide range of positions, from technical and engineering roles to operators and safety agents, to support production, maintenance, and project execution.

Key responsibilities

• Perform mechanical maintenance, welding, and metallurgical tasks on production equipment.
• Design, optimise and supervise industrial processes, energy management and production lines.
• Install, test and maintain industrial electrical and electrotechnical systems.
• Lead construction or civil‑engineering works, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Develop and improve manufacturing methods, conduct inspections and quality checks.
• Operate and monitor equipment for draining, degassing and re‑qualification processes.
• Apply industrial painting, perform sorting inspection, and ensure gas safety compliance.
• Control structural integrity of industrial installations.

Required profile

• Technical diploma (CAP/BT) or higher education (BAC to BAC+5) in relevant fields such as Industrial Engineering, Electromechanics, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Metallurgy, or related trades.
• Experience requirements vary from 2 to 5 years depending on the position.
• Specific roles demand at least 2 years for mechanical technicians, 3 years for electricians, 4 years for methods technicians, and 5 years for industrial engineers.
