Opérateur de Production – hydrocarbure

About the role

The Production Operator will work under the supervision of the production supervisor in a hydrocarbon processing facility. The role involves supporting daily production and operational activities, ensuring equipment runs safely and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with routine production and plant operations.
• Monitor equipment performance and conduct visual inspections.
• Record and communicate operating parameters.
• Support start‑up, shut‑down and monitoring tasks under qualified personnel.
• Supply workstations with necessary materials and equipment.
• Perform basic material handling and keep work areas clean, orderly and safe.
• Report any anomalies, leaks, unusual noises or hazardous situations immediately.
• Follow operating procedures, work instructions and supervisor directives.
• Participate in routine cleaning and maintenance of production zones.
• Strictly adhere to Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) rules and wear required personal protective equipment.

Required profile

• Available for daily‑wage (journalier) employment.
• Physically fit for industrial environment.
• High attention to detail and vigilance.
• Ability to understand and apply work instructions.
• Dynamic, disciplined, punctual and reliable.
• Team‑oriented with flexible availability for variable shifts.
• Previous experience in industrial production, hydrocarbons, energy, maintenance, construction, handling or similar is an advantage.
