Operations Support Specialist

About the role

The Operations Support Specialist ensures smooth day‑to‑day depot operations by handling administrative, HR‑related processes, facilities, and operational equipment while complying with company standards and local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day HR and administrative processes at the depot, including onboarding/offboarding, employee documentation, attendance tracking and related paperwork, ensuring compliance with company policies and Dutch labor regulations.
• Oversee procurement, allocation and installation of operational equipment such as GPS devices, POS machines, branding materials and security seals, and coordinate maintenance, repair or replacement as needed.
• Supervise depot facilities, machinery, tools and other assets to maintain a safe, well‑maintained environment aligned with operational standards.
• Process payments and manage expense documentation in line with company policies, collaborating with Finance to ensure accuracy and timely processing.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Logistics or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in operations support, administration or HR roles, preferably in depot, warehouse or logistics environments.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and good coordination and stakeholder management abilities.
