About the role
The Pre‑Sales Manager will lead the technical and commercial alignment of digital lending solutions throughout the sales cycle. Working closely with banks, telcos, fintechs and other financial institutions, you will ensure proposals meet client needs while protecting the company’s economics and delivery feasibility.
Key responsibilities
- Lead discovery workshops to capture business models, regulatory context and operational constraints.
- Translate client requirements into detailed business and functional specifications.
- Support RFP/RFI responses, prepare commercial proposals and create solution presentations, demos and architecture diagrams.
- Develop financial models for lending programmes, assess pricing, revenue‑share structures and partner contributions.
- Quantify risks, operational costs and ensure commercial viability before deal signing.
- Coordinate between Sales, Product, Risk, Engineering and Operations to validate solution feasibility and handover to implementation teams.
- Articulate market‑specific value propositions and provide thought‑leadership on digital‑lending best practices.
- Feed market insights back to product teams to influence roadmap.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
- 5–10 years of experience in presales, solution consulting or product roles within fintech or digital‑lending environments.
- Proven experience working with banks, telcos, wallets or micro‑finance institutions.
- Strong understanding of the lending lifecycle, credit risk and commercial structuring.
- Fluent in English and French.
