Procurement and Logistics Coordinator

About the role

The Procurement and Logistics Coordinator will join Chrysos' operations team to develop and manage the global spare parts and consumables supply chain, supporting the PhotonAssay™ technology across West Africa and other locations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage global spare parts and consumables supply chain processes and contribute to a global spare parts strategy.
• Identify and vet new suppliers, place orders using the spares management system, and arrange import/export freight.
• Plan reorder points and quantities using data analytics, maintain accurate supplier and inventory records, and achieve >90% availability of PhotonAssay™.
• Conduct site stocktakes in West Africa, manage contractors for equipment service, and handle radiation badges and survey meters.
• Support WHS culture, drive process improvements, and serve as primary contact for logistics inquiries.

Required profile

• Proven experience in procurement, logistics or purchasing roles with cross‑border import/export procedures.
• Data‑driven mindset, strong negotiation and customer service skills.
• Technical aptitude to understand PhotonAssay™ system components.
• Willingness to travel and work in West Africa and remote mine sites.
• Permanent residency or citizenship in Ghana or Ivory Coast.

Required skills

• Advanced use of Excel, SharePoint, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Slack and Monday.com.
• Experience with spares management systems and global shipping documentation.
