About the role
Green SM, a leading electric vehicle and sustainable mobility solutions provider, is expanding to the Ivory Coast and seeks a Recruitment Specialist to manage end‑to‑end hiring for corporate, operations and specialist positions.
Key responsibilities
- Manage full recruitment cycle for corporate, operations and specialist roles.
- Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and deliver qualified candidates.
- Source, screen and assess candidates through multiple channels.
- Coordinate interviews and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Build talent pipelines and support future hiring needs.
- Track hiring progress, provide market insights and support reporting and process improvements.
Required profile
- 3‑5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
- Proven experience managing end‑to‑end recruitment processes.
- Strong sourcing and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.
- Data‑driven, proactive and results‑oriented mindset.
- Fluent in English.
