About the role
We are looking for a friendly, bilingual professional to join our remote support team. You will assist French‑speaking customers through voice calls and live chat, turning issues into positive experiences while representing our brand with care.
Key responsibilities
- Provide timely, courteous support in French and English via phone and chat.
- Troubleshoot customer issues with a solutions‑first mindset.
- Accurately log all interactions in our support platform.
- Spot recurring patterns and share feedback to improve processes.
- Collaborate with team leads and peers to stay aligned on priorities.
- Maintain brand professionalism and cultural sensitivity.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
- Fluent written and spoken French and English.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Calm and solution‑focused under pressure.
- Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.
Required skills
- Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, or similar ticketing tools.
- Experience with Shopify or comparable e‑commerce platforms.
- Basic proficiency with CRM systems.
