Responsable Business Unit Distribution

About the role

The company, a Ivorian digital solutions and financial services provider, is looking for a Business Unit Distribution Manager. Reporting directly to the President, you will own the profit and loss of the Distribution Business Unit and lead the rollout of Digital Hub retail points across Côte d'Ivoire.

Key responsibilities

• Translate the Group’s commercial strategy into operational action plans.
• Lead the opening of new Digital Hub points of sale and manage relationships with operational partners.
• Design the BU organization, recruit staff and develop team capabilities.
• Monitor and drive the commercial and financial performance of the BU.
• Ensure brand standards and a consistent Digital Hub customer experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (BAC+4/5) in management, commerce, marketing or a related field.
• 8‑15 years of experience, including significant exposure to physical distribution, financial services, FMCG or retail, with proven P&L responsibility.
• Strong leadership on multi‑site networks, result‑orientation, strategic vision combined with operational sense, high autonomy and adaptability.

Required skills

• Proficiency with reporting tools for financial and commercial analysis.
