About the role

The company HBS-CI is seeking a Commercial Manager to lead the sales of its recruitment, training, and temporary staffing services to corporate clients in Côte d'Ivoire. The role focuses on driving revenue, expanding market presence, and strengthening key accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Sell recruitment, training, and interim services to businesses of various sizes.
• Contribute to the definition and implementation of the company’s commercial and marketing strategy.
• Achieve defined sales targets and develop priority market segments.
• Prospect new companies based on size and geographic location.
• Manage, develop, and retain client accounts, including strategic large accounts.
• Promote the company’s brand and adapt offers to market and competitive trends.
• Maintain a personal vehicle and valid driving licence for client visits.

Required profile

• University degree (BAC+4 or BAC+5) in business, commerce or management.
• Minimum five years of experience in a similar commercial role within a comparable organization.
• Established network of relationships with large enterprises.
• Strong written and oral communication skills in French; English is a plus.
• Professional appearance and confident interpersonal style.

Required skills

• Proficiency in sales techniques and account management.
• Competence with standard office software and sales‑related applications.
