Sales Manager – IT Distribution

About the role

ASBIS is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead its IT distribution business across the assigned market. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strategic partner relationships, and expanding the company’s presence in the technology distribution channel.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve or exceed targets across all routes to market.
• Build, grow, and manage relationships with key partners and accounts.
• Onboard, train, and develop new partners to expand the network.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts.
• Collaborate with Product and Procurement teams to ensure competitive pricing and stock availability.
• Lead joint go‑to‑market activities with vendors and partners.
• Monitor market trends, competitor actions, pricing, and customer behavior to adapt strategies.
• Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and market analyses for internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate post‑sales support and ensure strong customer service.
• Represent ASBIS at industry events, vendor meetings, and partner conferences.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management.
• Mandatory background in IT distribution, value‑added distribution, or a similar technology distribution environment.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Commercial mindset with the ability to analyse market trends.
• Fluent English.
