Sourcing Specialist

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the integrity and accuracy of payment-related data, ensuring all transactions are recorded and processed correctly.
• Manage data associated with the purchase order lifecycle, from creation to fulfillment, and maintain up-to-date PO records.
• Collaborate with vendors to coordinate payment schedules, process payments, and resolve any discrepancies.
• Update workflow reports, perform analysis on payment trends, and PO performance to provide actionable insights.
• Ensure all payment and PO data adheres to financial regulations and company policies, identifying and mitigating potential risks.

Required profile

• A background in finance, accounting, or a related field, with a focus on data management.
• Knowledge of procurement processes and payment systems.
• Proficiency in using financial software that handles PO and payment data.
• High attention to detail with a strong ability to manage sensitive financial data.
• Excellent organizational skills to handle multiple PO and payment tasks simultaneously.
