Space Market, Innovation & Investment Expert

About the role

We are seeking a highly qualified Non‑Key Expert to support activities related to space and geospatial market development, innovation, entrepreneurship, commercialisation, investment readiness and access to finance within African and European space ecosystems.

Key responsibilities

• Support space and geospatial market development activities.
• Facilitate innovation, entrepreneurship, commercialisation, investment readiness and access to finance within African and European space ecosystems.

Required profile

• Master’s degree at Master’s level in economics, business administration, engineering, innovation management or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of professional experience in market analysis, innovation, entrepreneurship, business development or investment advisory in technology sectors.
• At least 4 years of experience working on space and geospatial markets, including market studies, innovation instruments, incubation, acceleration, investment readiness, commercialisation or access to finance.
• Excellent command of English; French and/or Portuguese considered an asset.
• Knowledge of African space markets and investment ecosystems is an asset.
