About the role

DJEMBEY, a company specialized in event organization and business‑gift creation, is looking for a Commercial Intern to support the growth of its B2B and B2C client portfolio. The internship combines office work with field prospecting and offers exposure to both sales and event‑planning processes.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect B2B clients such as companies, hotels, banks, institutions and SMEs.
• Prospect B2C customers for private events (birthdays, weddings, parties).
• Identify client needs and propose tailored event or gift solutions.
• Present and sell services including event organization, gift boxes and corporate gifts.
• Follow up orders from quotation through production, delivery and post‑sale satisfaction.
• Maintain client relationships and manage after‑sales support.
• Assist in creating commercial offers (seasonal packs, event bundles).
• Contribute to simple visual content for WhatsApp, social media and other channels.
• Provide regular sales reporting.

Required profile

• Student in commerce, marketing, communication or a related field seeking a validation internship (BTS, Licence, Master).
• Strong commercial drive and interest in sales.
• Creative mindset with ability to propose event‑related offers.
• Comfortable with both field and digital prospecting (WhatsApp, LinkedIn, calls).
• Professional presentation and good interpersonal skills.
• Organised, autonomous and results‑oriented.

Required skills

• Proficiency with WhatsApp for business communication.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn for prospecting.
