Supply Chain & Procurement Manager

About the role

The Supply Chain & Procurement Manager will lead logistics, inventory, and procurement processes to ensure efficient operations and support the company's strategic goals.

Key responsibilities

• Deploy logistics processes and systems according to group standards and manage international shipments, customs clearance, and local deliveries.
• Maintain relationships with logistics partners, oversee inventory stock takes, reverse logistics, and dangerous goods handling.
• Conduct 12‑month forecasting, communicate forecasts to headquarters, and manage procurement of spare parts and consumables.
• Maintain vendor database with performance ratings, implement inventory management processes, and monitor turnover ratios.
• Provide regular status and technical reports to senior management and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies.

Required profile

• University degree or technical training in a relevant field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or inventory management.
• Technical background (e.g., Electrical, Mechanical, or Microelectronics engineering) is a plus.
• Experience in manufacturing environments and knowledge of LEAN is a plus.
• Strong planning, forecasting, and analytical abilities.
