Technology Pre-Sales Engineer (Permanent)

About the role

ENGEEM is looking for a qualified engineer to manage and build long-term relationships with key players in the data technology industry. This is a hands-on role covering technical pre-sales, account development and management, solution architecture and coordination of technical resources, as well as market research and business development.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the company's sales process, from client attraction and project acquisition to project negotiation, estimation and full management with the development team until solution delivery.
• Design customer solutions across connected industries such as energy, smart industry, connected vehicles and connected health.
• Analyze client needs and choose newsletters and marketing materials that support the sale process.
• Act as project manager for technology solutions: lead and monitor pre-sales technical processes and project execution from initiation to delivery with partners, using project management frameworks and producing project status reports.
• Serve as a source of new technologies and innovative solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Management, Computer Science or an equivalent degree from a reputable business school, with a strong academic record.
• 3-4 years of experience in telecommunications or a related technology industry.
• Fluent written and spoken English and French.
• Customer-service driven, with an upbeat and outgoing personality; able to work off hours depending on project and customer requests.
