Web and Mobile Developer Engineer

About the role

A full-stack web developer is sought to work on web platform development, covering front-end, back-end, analytics, databases, networking and version control. The project involves high data analytics and visualization scripting, with close collaboration with data analysts and data scientists on API design and web functionality integration into a digital platform. Engineers also maintain, implement and integrate business cases from scratch on international projects spanning France, Africa and the US.

Key responsibilities

• Work as part of a small engineering team on the web platform, covering front-end, infographic design, community management, web page layout, iframe design, security, debugging and version control.
• Create interfaces for embedded analytics with drag-and-drop features for data, processing and controls.
• Design data processing diagrams over big data pipelines and host applications securely on servers.
• Integrate visualizations into the web application for customers.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or master's degree in telecoms/electronics/computer science management or an equivalent from a business school, with a strong academic record.
• At least 3-5 years of experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work outside normal hours depending on project and customer needs.

Required skills

• HTML/CSS, JavaScript, HTTP/REST and Angular.
• Front-end infographic design with Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Microservices development and environment.
• Web security: SQL injection prevention, OWASP, SSL/TLS.
