About the role
We are looking for a motivated Téléopérateur to join our team in Abidjan. In this role you will engage with prospective customers over the phone, provide after‑sales support and help drive sales and customer loyalty remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to a prospect database to promote products and services.
- Provide after‑sales assistance and address customer inquiries.
- Identify sales opportunities and work towards meeting sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow‑up actions.
- Build and sustain long‑term relationships with customers.
Required profile
- Education level ranging from CAP to Bac+2 in communication, commerce or marketing.
- Strong understanding of customer needs and commercial mindset.
- Excellent verbal communication and clear articulation.
- Good listening skills and ability to remain calm and diplomatic under pressure.
- Patience, perseverance and resilience when handling demanding situations.
