About the role

EM CORPORATE is looking for a motivated intern to join its call‑center team in Abidjan. You will be responsible for raising funds over the phone from French‑speaking prospects on behalf of internationally recognised NGOs.

Key responsibilities

• Contact and engage French prospects to solicit donations for partner NGOs.
• Handle objections, answer questions and guide callers through the donation process.
• Achieve daily and weekly fundraising targets set by the team.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, outcomes and donor information.
• Collaborate with trainers and senior staff to continuously improve performance.

Required profile

• Autonomous, determined and punctual.
• Strong desire to work in a young, dynamic and motivated team.
• Fluent French (mandatory) with at least one year of experience in a call‑center environment.
• Willingness to learn, accept coaching and meet performance goals.
