Televendeur – Call Center Internship

About the role

EVEN MEDIA INTERACTIVE, a French company operating in Abidjan for seven years, is looking for enthusiastic interns to join its call‑center team. You will handle both inbound and outbound calls for the company’s clients and partners after completing a comprehensive training program.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and initiate outbound calls to promote client services.
• Manage customer inquiries, objections, and sales negotiations.
• Maintain accurate records of call activities and outcomes.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily and weekly sales targets.

Required profile

• Excellent oral communication and flawless command of French (including local Ivorian expressions).
• Strong diction and the ability to speak clearly.
• High tolerance for a fast‑paced, stress‑rich environment.
• Flexible availability, as the centre operates 24/7.

Required skills

• Proficiency with standard computer tools.
